When you shop with us we collect the details needed to fulfil your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information processed securely by Stripe or PayPal (we never store card numbers on our servers). If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address so we can send your welcome discount and occasional updates. When you contact us through our site, we keep your message so we can respond.
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, deliver your welcome discount code, respond to inquiries, and improve our storefront experience. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We share information only with the services that make our store work: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to complete transactions, and shipping carriers to deliver your order. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for third-party advertising.
We use a small amount of local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits and your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
